The International Tribal Festival
The International Tribal Festival (www.theitf.com)  is the premier project under Madhyam by MANISH to promote, spread and develop Tribe’s fine art, culture and literature. It is a non-profit movement. ITF holds fairs, festivals, exhibitions, institutes scholarship, sponsorship, fellowship, assistance projects, Awards, and publishes documentary material.

History
Founded by Manish Kumar  in 2006, the ITF aims to motivate and support the tribal art and artists of the earth. Mansha organization has been framing and successfully running many different programs as well as timely campaigns in the direction of its vision. A number of initially set up programs are still being held at regional level, including Yearly Art Exhibition, Fellowship program, Individual/Group Art Exhibitions, providing platform assistance via Project Madhyam. This project would create a vibrant global platform for a debate on the following key areas:
1. Recognizing the historical resistance of tribal people against foreign invaders.
2. Tribal Literature: verbal/oral tradition and contemporary writing.
3. Observance of Social and Cultural Traditions
4. Place of Women in the Tribal World
5. Correcting the Distorted Portrait of Tribes in Indian Epics, Mythology and Written History
6. Print and Electronic media - Tribal Issues
7. Tribal Political Leadership
8. Tribal Philosophy, Art and Cultural Discourse
